Cecil Coleman Pigg, 87, of Addison, passed away July 15, 2023 at The Folsom Center.
He was born on April 24, 1936, in Sardis, Alabama. Cecil was just some kind of special. He provided for so many people throughout the years and was a wonderful gentleman.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison. Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Sardis #2 Baptist Church Cemetery. Brother Steton Hayes will officiate.
Cecil is survived by his wife, Angie Netherton; daughters, Patricia Pigg and Chandi Netherton; sons, Terry Pigg and Jerry Pigg; grandchildren, Todd Pigg, Victor Pigg, Chloe Goodman, Shane Everett, Hayden Everett, Ashley Watson, and Kyle Goodman; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Audrey Pigg; daughter, Regina Everett and Lisa Pigg Goodman; grandson, Jonathon Pigg; and brothers Wendell and Dalton Pigg.
