MISSISSIPPI STATE, Miss. – More than 4,100 students are on the spring 2023 Graduation List at Mississippi State University. The following local students are included in this honor:
- Cole Pearson, of Cullman, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration Cum Laude from MSU’s College of Business
- Robert Hall, of Arab, receiving a Bachelor of Science from MSU’s Bagley College of Engineering
- William Parker, of Vinemont, receiving a Bachelor of Science from MSU’s Bagley College of Engineering
- Lucas Gay, of Bremen, receiving a Master of Science from MSU’s Bagley College of Engineering
MSU also congratulated more than 4,000 students who were named to the spring 2023 President’s List. Students on the President’s List achieved a 3.80 or better grade-point average, based on a 4.0 scale, while completing at least 12 semester hours of course work with no incomplete grades or grades lower than a C. Local students include:
- William Grisham of Arab
- Anna Frances Taffar of Arab
- Leah Bowden of Cullman
- Shea Eaton of Cullman
- Mackenzie Gibbs of Arab
- Sarah Dockery of Vinemont
More than 2,300 students were named to the spring 2023 Dean’s List. Dean’s List students achieved a grade-point average between 3.5 and 3.79, based on a 4.0 scale, while completing at least 12 semester hours of course work with no incomplete grades or grades lower than a C. Local students include:
- James Akin of Hanceville
- Lindsey Lowery of Hanceville
