Funeral services for James David Weaver, 84, of Cullman will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel; Perry Knight officiating; with interment with military honors in Good Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Weaver passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at his residence.
He was born on November 17, 1930 in Tuscaloosa County to Lester Earl & Annie Lola Wyatt Weaver. He was preceded in death by his parents; a granddaughter, Brittany Johnson; a sister, Sarah King; and a brother, Joe Weaver.
Survivors include his wife, Carlie Weaver; four children, Karen (David) Walker, Kathy Johnson, DeWayne (Tracie) Weaver and Danny (Trudy) Weaver; seven grandchildren, Melanie Reisner, Allen Walker, Keith Bush, Tony Weaver, Morgan Weaver, Zachary Weaver and Jacob Weaver and four great grandchildren, Kira Reisner, Kiley Reisner, Gavin Bush and Wakely Bush.
