Thomas Blake Stevens, age 46, of Vinemont, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born on Sep. 30, 1976 in Cullman, Alabama to R. Cleo and Linda Fay Sims Stevens. Blake retired from the Cullman Area Technology Academy and had 25 years of service with the Cullman County School System. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Blake is survived by his wife, Michelle Stevens; parents, Cleo and Linda Stevens; children, Cori Stevens and Cody Stevens; step children, Macy Millsap and Christopher (Ashli) Millsap; step granddaughter, Charlie Millsap; brother, Scottie (Pennie) Stevens; niece and nephew, Callie (Bill) McRight and Conner Stevens; and great niece, Walker Leigh McRight.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, W.C. and Lenora Stevens, and W. D. and Oma Sims.
The pallbearers will be: Conner Stevens, Micah Sims, Bill McRight, Roy Scott, Josh Kent and Chris Millsap.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Moss Service Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Emeus Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
