CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) made multiple arrests over the weekend, including:  

Thursday, Nov. 24 

Deputies responded to a reported burglary in the Vinemont area. Upon arrival, deputies located two subjects in a vehicle on the property.  

 Andrea Beth Bailey, 40, of Cullman, and Michael Phillip Ferguson, 47, of Cullman were identified as the occupants.  

A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia. No evidence of a burglary was found. Both subjects were arrested and transported to the Cullman County Detention Center.  

Allen was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  

Ferguson was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Deputies responded to a report of a pedestrian in the Vinemont area.  

They located Gaberalle Lee Ann England, 29, of Vinemont, walking in the area and determined she had an outstanding warrant. 

A subsequent search of her person allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia.   

England was charged with a traffic violation (warrant), unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Saturday, Nov. 26 

Deputies arrested Jacob Ray Cantrell, 30, of Cullman, on multiple outstanding warrants, including unlawful possession of methamphetamine (failure to appear warrant), two counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (failure to appear warrants), aggravated assault (warrant), child abuse (failure to appear warrant) and two counts of trespassing (failure to appear warrants).

Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Welti community.  

Robert Harry Smith, 62, of Hanceville, was identified as the driver. It was determined that Smith had an outstanding warrant. 

A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia.   

Smith was charged with a traffic violation (failure to appear warrant), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
