CULLMAN – Can you feel it? Although the Alabama weather is still as hot and muggy as ever, the air is filled with electricity as football season is just around the corner. In just over a month, on Aug. 19, nine local teams take to the field to officially open the 2016 high school football campaign while Vinemont and Good Hope (on the 18th) will each play their fall jamboree games. The Cullman Tribune will be adding two new teams to the mix this year, Addison and Meek, as well as bringing you coverage from the rest of the teams around Cullman County. Here is a week by week breakdown of all the pigskin action.
