ONEONTA, N.Y. – Sybil Tubbs of Cullman, Alabama, is among the students who graduated from SUNY Oneonta following the spring 2022 semester. The college’s commencement ceremony was held Saturday, May 21. Sybil earned a Master of Arts degree in Museum Studies .
