Hanceville Funeral Home announces the passing of Carter Brand of Blount County on January 20, 2022. A memorial service will be announced at a later time by his family.
Carter is survived by his wife: Linda and sons: Allen and Scotty Brand. He was preceded in death by a son: John Kevin Brand.
