Christine Wynell Meador, age 84, of Jasper, formerly of Houston, AL, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022 at her home.
Christine was born on July 6, 1937 in Houston, Alabama. Christine served the Lord her whole life and she was an inspiration and a light to the community.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Barnett Chapel in Houston, AL. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Chris Meador will officiate.
Christine is survived by her children: Pamela Brock, Paula Whitehead, Christopher (Michelle) Meador, and Eric (Jennifer) Meador; grandchildren: Kelly, Jesse, Austin, Ava and Rosie; great-grandson: Parker; sister: Gearldine Jetton; brother: John Franklin Clayborn and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Norman Meador; sister: Willodean Gilliland and brother: William Clayborn.
