Marlin Jack, age 90, of Tupelo, formerly of Bear Creek, passed away Saturday, January 1, 2021 at Diversicare of Tupelo.
He was born June 7, 1931 in Winston County to George and Minnie Jack. Marlin attended the First United Pentecostal Church in Verona Mississippi. He enjoyed flea markets, where he sold numerous items and met many different people.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where the service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Union Grove Cemetery. Brother John McAllister will officiate.
Marlin is survived by his children: Wayne Jack, Brenda (Randall) Moore, Mary Lou (Karen) West and Kathy Lou Nuehausel; sister: Barbara Parker; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Bobby Lou Hulsey Jack; daughter: Loudene Jack; brothers: Ray and Jimmie Jack; sister: Peggy Jack Parrish; parents: George and Minnie Jack; granddaughter: Monique Jack and great-granddaughter: Macie Atkinson.
Pallbearers will be Randall Moore, Jay Hawkins, Robbie Payne, Ryan Chaney and Anthony Jack.
