GOOD HOPE, Ala. – Earlier today, an officer-involved shooting in connection to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) occurred in the Good Hope Community, according to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.
Cullman County Coroner Jeremy Kilpatrick confirmed one fatality at the Good Hope Campground.
The CCSO said this was an isolated incident and there is no further threat to the community.
Cullman County Sheriff Matt Gentry said the investigation will be done by the ALEA.
