CULLMAN, Ala. – Congressman Robert Aderholt, at the request of Nell Dunlap, had the Flag of the United States of America flown over the United States Capitol recently in honor of St. Paul’s Lutheran School. That flag was presented to St. Paul’s Lutheran School by Cullman County Sheriff Matt Gentry and Alabama State Sen. Garlan Gudger Friday, April 9.
Sheriff Gentry and Sen. Gudger also took time to speak to the children. Gentry talked about patriotism, leadership and character. Gudger encouraged the children to be the best friends they could be to others, and to choose to do the right things.
