Mary Sue Brown, 82, entered into eternal peace Jan. 19, 2021. Mrs. Brown was a resident of Cullman, Alabama in the Gold Ridge community.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles D. Brown, Jr.; her parents Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Cole; her brother Douglas Cole; and sister-in law Wanda S. Cole.
Mrs. Brown is survived by her daughter Deborah (Jim) Phillips; her granddaughter Marianna Phillips; and daughter Rhonda (Fred) Bamberger. Beloved nieces and nephews include Angie Cole Davis, Stacey Cole, and Shannon Douglas Cole. Three great-nieces and nephews Zachary Roden, Brittany Simpson, Alexis Davis, and five great-nephews and nieces will cherish many fond memories and special times with “Aunt Sue.” Numerous cousins, family, and dear friends join in remembering her as a beautiful, loving soul, with a strength of character and resolve that brought her through life’s heartache as a survivor and inspiring lady with a beautiful smile and loving, accepting heart for which we are forever grateful.
The family thanks everyone very much for all the love, comfort, and prayers sent to them.
