Amy Madison, 62, of Arley passed away Saturday, Dec. 12, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Amy was born March 6, 1958 to James and Janet Hertzog. Amy was such a tenderhearted, compassionate woman. Her number one priority was family, and she would never hesitate to put herself last to ensure her family’s happiness. She was a children’s church teacher for three years. She loved life and her grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020 at Nesmith Church from noon-2 p.m., where services will be held at 2 p.m. Brother Steton Hayes will officiate. Burial will follow in adjoining cemetery.
Amy is survived by her husband of 43 years, Jimmy Madison; mother Janet Hertzog; sons Kris (Jennifer) Madison and Jonathan (Samantha) Madison; daughter Jessica (Mark) Didcoct; and grandchildren Aubrey, Ainsley, Mackenzie, Andrew, Oliver, and Charlotte.
She was preceded in death by her father James Hertzog and brother Kurt Hertzog.
