CULLMAN, Ala. – Ron Foust, CEO of Stone Bridge Farms, recently announced the opening of Ledger’s Restaurant and The Galley. Ledger’s grand opening will be Thursday, Nov. 12 at 6 p.m.
Ledger’s is situated within Stone Bridge Farms’ 136-acre estate. Designed to complement the venue’s vast locale, Ledger’s opens its doors to beautiful lake views and a creatively crafted menu with a special focus on Southern-inspired cuisine featuring the best from each season’s harvest.
Ledger’s offers a sophisticated spin in several settings. The Galley, the more casual side, and Ledger’s, the main dining room. In addition, there are two private banquet rooms, for business meetings or intimate gatherings. One of the more unique offerings is the Chef’s Table, located in the kitchen, which can host up to six guests nightly.
This Southern-inspired restaurant and bar will be led by Executive Chef Clif Holt, a native of Cullman. Holt brings 20 years of culinary experience to Stone Bridge Farms. Most recently, he served as owner and executive chef at Little Savannah Restaurant & Bar for 18 years in Birmingham. In his new position, Holt will oversee Ledger’s casual dining, fine dining and culinary studio.
Foust said he wanted to bring something special to his campus that would add to his vision of Stone Bridge Farms. “We are beyond proud to bring this vision to life and introduce our newest restaurant to our repeat and new guests alike. The addition of Executive Chef Clif Holt brings a whole new level of sophistication and style to our estate. We look forward to Chef Clif leading our culinary team with his creativity and imagination. His proven ability to implement and develop culinary standards will deliver that one-of-a-kind experience that Stone Bridge Farms is known for.”
Ledger’s will feature fresh seafood, house-made pasta, steak, house-made bread and farm-fresh vegetables.
