Funeral Service for Sylvia Dale "Syvie" Smith, age 52 of Cullman, will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Mt. Olive Church with Paul Monk, Charles Dixon, and Jason Pylant, officiating. She will lie-in-state at the church from 1 until 2 p.m. Burial will be at Simcoe Methodist Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Miss Smith passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Crestwood Medical Center. She was born Wednesday, August 28, 1963 in Cullman, AL to Nathan Leon Smith and Freida Dean Kuykendall Smith.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and a brother-in-law, Darrall Trimble.
Survivors include her sister, Janice Trimble, two nephews, Jeremie Trimble, and Nathan Trimble, two great-nephews, Tylor Trimble and Micah Trimble, and one great-niece, Starsha Trimble.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
