Joseph Franklin Woodard, 83 of Cullman, passed away Friday, Sept. 18, 2020 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ross and Tressie Baker Woodard; infant sons Joseph Woodard and Franklin Woodard; daughter Monica Ann Spangler-Howard; granddaughter Angel Anderson; sisters Maelene (Chalmus) Bryan and Shirley (Billy) Coggins; and brothers Clyde (Sue) Woodard and Paul Woodard.
Survivors include his wife Loran Ann Claywell Woodard; daughters Patricia Owens, Loretta May Gorock, Jodie Lynn Williams and Patricia Dianna Weller; sons Danny (Rebecca) Woodward and Antonio Villa, Jr.; grandchildren Wyatt Owens, Dennis Anderson, Beth Owens, Leah Woodard and Trista Weller; seven great-grandchildren; sisters Mildred Woodard, Thelma (Charles) Johnson and Sarah (Junior) Coggins; brothers David (Clara) Woodard and Donald Ross Woodard; and a host of nieces and nephews.
