Betty Jean Dickinson, 81, of Haleyville passed away Saturday, Sept. 12, 2020. She was born Nov. 10, 1938 in Lynn, Alabama to George and Rose Kelly.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020 from 6-8 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020 at 2 p.m. Burial will be at Winston Memorial Cemetery. Brother Gary Wakefield will officiate.
Betty is survived by her husband Windol Dickinson; sons Michael (Cyndi) Dickinson and Jeff Dickinson; grandsons Micah (Jennifer) Dickinson and Chad (Cindy) Dickinson; and great-grandchildren Will Dickinson, Abi Dickinson, Bella Dickinson, Cannan Dickinson, Braden Dickinson, and Callum Dickinson.
She was preceded in death by her father George Kelly; mother Isabella Kelly; brothers Lester Kelly, Vester Kelly, Bud Kelly and Odie Kelly; and sisters Vera Ward, Marie Cockrell, Bertie Cockrell, and Minnie Dodd.
