Mrs. Stella Y. Dellinger of Cullman passed away Aug. 19, 2020 at the age of 92. She was born Jan. 11, 1928 in Birmingham to Douglas Bennett and Velma Bibb Youell.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Carl Dellinger; and sister Peggy Bailey.
Graveside services are Friday, Aug. 21, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham. Rev. Tom Richter will officiate.
Survivors are sons Dr. Rodney (Melanie) Dellinger of Cullman and Craig (Catherine) Dellinger of Birmingham; grandchildren Christine (Payton) Sumner, Bennett Dellinger, Leslie (Wayne) Mertz, Matthew (Janie) Dellinger, and Jacob (Alden) Dellinger; and 11 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Elmwood Cemetery Friday at the graveside service at 2 p.m.
