Graveside services for James Burks, 87, of Vinemont will be Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Mt. Hope in Crane Hill, AL at 1p.m. Services will be officiated by Delbert Freeman.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Burks passed away Thursday, July 16, 2020 at his residence. He was born March 20, 1933 to James and Beedy Burks.
He was preceded in death by his parents and son Michael Burks.
Survivors include his wife Nancy Sharpton Burks; daughters Lisa Reeder, Anita (Mark) Ballew, and Dorothy (Mike) Stroud; sons Bill (late Bev) Burks and Anthony Taylor; grandchildren Zachery (Jessica) Tanner, Mark (Jessica) Tanner, Brittney (Matt) Doth, Brianna Burks, Tyler (Ashley) Ballew, and Brandi Burks; eight great-grandchildren; and beloved dog Bandit.
