Doris Marie Wilson, 83, of Addison entered into rest Friday, July 3, 2020 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
Doris was born Oct. 15, 1936 in Jasper, Alabama. Doris was an amazing Christian woman who was consistent with her belief in God. She attended Mt. Vernon Baptist Church for many years, and also Addison Church of God. She was a kind, loving wife, mother and grandmother, who loved her family with an unconditional love.
No services are planned at this time.
Doris is survived by her husband Thomas J. “T.J.” Wilson; daughter Faye Wilson; grandsons Jeff Cornelius and his wife Kelly, and Tommy Ferster and his wife Amy; granddaughter Melissa Wilson Stanfield and her husband Luke, and Shanna Wilson; great-grandsons Chase and Blaze Cornelius, Nathan, William and Thomas Ferster, and Christian and Xander Bonelli; great-granddaughter Serenity Poe; brother Bobby Uptain and his wife Nila; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son James Wilson.
