CULLMAN, Ala. – Despite COVID-19 holding some churches back from hosting Vacation Bible School (VBS) this summer, many have made adjustments and are planning to continue with their programs. Below is a list of churches holding VBS programs, when they will take place and what restrictions may be in place. If your church is holding a VBS and it is not listed, please email your information to heather@cullmantribune.com.
Week of June 28
Redeeming Grace Church: Time Lab, June 28-July 1, 6-8:30 p.m. Pre-register at https://www.redeeminggracecullman.com/.
Week of July 5
Fairview First Baptist: Concrete & Cranes, July 11 only, 8:30-11:30 a.m. or 1:30-4:30 p.m. Parents may choose which session their child will attend. Pre-register by calling the church at 256-796-4611.
Week of July 12
Center Hill Baptist: Discovering God’s Creation, July 13-17, 6-8:20 p.m. Pre-registration June 27 from 1-5 p.m. There will be take-home VBS packets containing Bible lessons, themes, daily verses, music links and craft activities available at both pre-registration and VBS for parents who are not comfortable letting their children attend.
Cullman First United Methodist: Little Bugs, Big Impact, July 13-17. This will be a virtual VBS. The church will send out specific information as it gets closer, but you can read about the program at umnca.org/virtualvbs.
Ole’ Time Way Baptist: Put on the Whole Armor of God, July 13-17, 6:30-8:30 p.m. T-shirts are $15 and available for pre-order until June 28. Visit the church’s Facebook page for more information about ordering the shirts.

Duck River Baptist: Concrete & Cranes, July 26-29, 6-8 p.m. (meal served at 5:30)
Daniels Chapel Baptist: Concrete & Cranes, Aug. 1 only, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
