CULLMAN, Ala. – The new City of Cullman app, “Cullman Connect,” is now live. It’s called “SeeClickFix” in the app stores.

The app will help citizens get help for problems they discover around town and help streamline the process for bringing City resources to the problem-solving process. Photos and reports sent in through the app will be routed automatically to whichever City department is charged with responding to that type of problem. Residents can report potholes, street lights out, abandoned cars and more.

The City can send out notices via the app, too, about road closings, water outages, etc.

According to the City, “There is now a new and easy way to report non-emergency issues in the City of Cullman. Common issues such as potholes, water leaks, malfunctioning traffic signals, missed garbage pickups and so forth can be reported using this tool! You also have the option of checking the status of your report on the website or through email alerts.”

The app is free to use. Find out more at https://cullmanal.gov/cullman-connect/.
