Curtis Dewayne Hopper, of Cullman passed away Thursday, May 7, 2020 at the age of 59. He was born May 26, 1960 to William and Imogene Hardin Hopper.
Curtis was a wonderful and loving son, husband, dad, PawPaw and Hop. He loved the Lord and served Him at Victory Baptist Church. He was a huge Alabama fan. He enjoyed all sports, fishing, traveling and going to Cracker Barrel.
He is preceded in death by parents; son Paul Collins; sister Margaret Jean Hopper Nuby and brother-in-law Garland Nuby.
Survivors include his wife Nina Kelso Hopper; daughters Stephanie (Garret) Taylor and Kristin (Brandon) Talley; son Jeremy (Jodi) Hopper; grandchildren Hannah Collins, Brody Hopper, Xavier Sellers, Brice Hopper and Brittlee Hopper; sister Shirley (Wesley) Messer; brother Bobby Ray (Michaele) Hopper; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be Monday, May 11, 2020 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Moss Service Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at noon. Burial will be at Eidson Chapel Cemetery.
Moss Service Funeral Home is directing.
Pallbearers are Ronald Key, Scott Hallmark, David Young, Brandon Talley, Xavier Sellers and Jason Knighten.
