A private service for Violet Marie Willingham, 89, of Cullman will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at the Church of Christ at Baldwin, Minister Mike Waters officiating, with interment in Cullman City Cemetery.

Mrs. Willingham passed away Sunday, May 3, 2020 at her residence. She was born Nov. 5, 1930 to Carl and Novella Rodgers Gilbreath.  She was a member of the Church of Christ at Baldwin. She loved to travel.
Violet was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Joe Willingham; grandson Trent Parrish; and two sisters Rosa Lee Williams and Bobbie Jean Creasey.
Survivors include her sons Tony (Pam) Willingham and Dan (Elaine) Willingham; daughters Linda Willingham, Karen (Kent) Gable, and Terri (Dave) Thomas; sister-in-law Mary Willingham Conn; grandchildren Shawn (Melinda) Willingham, Stacy (Darren) Suggs, Shane (Missy) Willingham, Laura (Ryan) Walker, Adam (Holly) Willingham, Jason Willingham, Anna (David) Lanier, Daniel Willingham, Cheryl (Ben) Harrison, Nathan Gable, Cassie (Jesse) Johnson, Tara (Ian) Flaniken, Miranda (Brandon) Boike, and Ella and Eliza Thomas; great-grandchildren Mallory and Isaac Willingham, Devin Suggs, Olivia Suggs, Gage Willingham, Connor Willingham, Shiloh Walker, Tekoa Walker, Jude Walker, Ty Willingham, Stone Willingham, June Elysee Willingham, Clara Lanier, Liam Lanier, Esther Lanier, Violet Marie Lanier, Sophie Harrison, Cole Harrison, Aubrey Gable, Allie Johnson, Rhett Johnson, Joel Flaniken, and Annie Flaniken; and great-great grandchild Kennedy Willingham.
