John “Anthony” Dickerson, 65, of Houston entered into rest Thursday, April 30, 2020 at his home.
Anthony was born Dec. 15, 1954 in Haleyville. He was a graduate of Addison High School. He loved to garden, both vegetable and flowers, and he was an avid Alabama fan.
Per State and Federal guidelines, a private service will be held. Burial will be in Houston Congregational Cemetery.
Anthony is survived by his daughter Dana Dickerson; sister Stephanie Wilkins and her husband Dewayne; nephews Scottie Wilkins and his wife Jodie and Shannon Wilkins and his wife Megan; great-nephews Easton Wilkins and Brodie Roberts; great-niece Gracie Roberts; and special friend Hazel Mae.
He was preceded in death by his parents John O. Dickerson and Elsie Dickerson and brother Terry Dale Dickerson.
