Funeral services for Clyde Benton Shelton, 78, of Hanceville will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home, with Rev. Richard Bailey officiating; interment in New Prospect Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, 2020 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mr. Shelton passed away Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2020 at Cullman Regional. He was born July 1, 1941 to Ellis and Vollie Shelton.
Clyde was a member of Shelton Grove Church and a lifelong minister. He was loved by everyone.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother O’Neal Shelton, and sister Kathleen Fine.
Survivors include his wife Irene Shelton; children Angie (Donny) Hudson, Sherri (Mike) Krassick, and Mark (LeAnne) Shelton; grandchildren Amber (Bob) Stewart, Wayne (Brooke) Hudson, Stephen Krassick, Maria Krassick, John Paul Krassick, Jared Shelton, Seth Shelton, and Michael Shelton; great-grandchildren Cameron Hudson, Eliana Stewart, and Olivia Hudson; and sisters Christine (Gene) LeCroy and Allie (Charles) Cordis.
