Jan. 11- Farm Kids Club Animal Signs – 9-10:30 a.m.
Calling all nature detectives! Track that scat and animal signs to see what wild animals are around when we humans are not. $5 per child, Family max $10.
Jan. 14 Cullman- Living Landscapes Hydroponics- The How and Why – 6 p.m.
Increase your backyard yield and eliminate weeds by growing without soil. Master Gardener Mike Weems will teach the basics of constructing and maintaining hydroponics for vegetables and herbs. $5 per person.
Jan. 15 Cullman- Lunch & Learn Cooking with an Instapot/ Electric Pressure Cooker – Noon-1 p.m.

Jan. 16 Cullman- Learning to Sew Getting to Know your Machine – 6 p.m.
Wondering how to use all those buttons and accessories on your machine? You will become familiar with your machine, feet, bobbin, and tension while making decorative dish towels. $5 per person.
Jan. 17 Cullman- Little Farmers Preschool The Chicken and the Egg – 10-11 a.m.
Meet our chickens, see the lifecycle from egg to chick, and decide which comes first! $5 per child, $10 maximum per family.
Jan. 21 Cullman- Heritage Skills Raised Bed Gardening – 6 p.m.
Explore this weedless, productive, instant garden technique discussing plans, irrigation, soil mixes, planting techniques, and year-round growing.
Jan. 23 Cullman- Heritage Homeschool Farm Technology Through the Years – 9-11 a.m.
Mules to Satellites- we will see how technology has changed farming, from the first mule drawn equipment to now using GPS equipped tractors. What will be next for farming?
Jan. 30 Cullman- Introduction to Beekeeping- 4:30-7 p.m.
Taught by Alabama Beekeepers Association President Phillip Garrison; Build a complete hive from foundation up and will be given as a door prize. Walk out and see the Agriplex bee hives and the learn the basics of beekeeping. $5 per person.
