It is with great sadness that the family of Alice Teresa Owen, 62, of Cullman announces her passing Sunday, Oct. 27, 2019 at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
Teresa was born Dec. 3, 1956 to Dean and Audie Smith; who preceded her in death.
She attended Good Hope School. She was talented with using her hands, she loved building things and doing arts and crafts. Her two grandchildren were her pride and joy. She loved spending time with them and being involved in their activities. Teresa was a member of Day Star Church.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Audie Celina Owen; grandchildren: Zachary Dean Watson and Zayna Elizabeth Drawdy; sister, Shelia (Kenneth) McCluskey; aunts: Jane Stricklin and Barbara Faye Speegle; nephews: Brian (Case) McCluskey and Mitchell (Vanessa) McCluskey, and a host of cousins and dear friends.
Her family will receive friends on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2019 at Moss Service Funeral Home from noon-2 p.m. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Alice Teresa Owen will follow visitation beginning at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial at Valley Springs Cemetery.
