Funeral services for Mable “Jean” Whaley Bullard , 82, of Cullman will be Monday, Sept. 9, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Moss Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kenneth Phillips officiating. Interment will be in Cullman City Cemetery.
She was born in Cullman Sept. 1, 1937.
She is preceded in death by her husband Donald J. Bullard and her parents Julius C. and Myrtle L. Harris Whaley.
She worked as a Headstart teacher and a librarian.
Survivors are: daughters Cindy (Terry) Heaton, Jenny (Robert) Rasbury, four grandchildren: Matt (Jackie) Heaton, Angie Graves, Isaac Rasbury, Jenn Rasbury, and six great grandchildren: Jacob Heaton, Michaela (Blake) Murray, Mykenzie (Dylan) Basenburg, Jordan Graves, Teagan Heaton and Turner Heaton.
Visitation is Sunday from 6-9 p.m. at Moss Funeral Home.
