Edith Ruth Daniel, 80, of Phil Campbell, entered into rest Aug. 1, 2019 at North Alabama Medical Center.
Mrs. Daniel was born March 10, 1939 in Lawrence County, Alabama.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Aug. 3, 2019 from noon until 2 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Vance Hutton will officiate. Burial will follow in First Baptist Church Cemetery in Phil Campbell.
Edith is survived by her husband of 63 years, Shirley Maxwell Daniel; daughters, Teresa Logan and husband Anthony, Rhonda Evers, Mitzi Mansell, and Jessica Molock and husband Drew. She was “Maw Maw” to 4 grandchildren, Chris James, Daniel Evers, Britt Mansell, Payton Mansell, and 4 great grandchildren, Kressley James, Cyrus Evers, Xylee James, and Atticus Evers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Voit and Lula Taylor; brothers, Murphy Taylor, Clayton Taylor, James Thomas Taylor; and sister, Edna Taylor.
