Charmaine Therese Howell of Crane Hill, Alabama passed away June 21, 2019 at the age of 64.
She was born in Detroit, Michigan Nov. 9, 1954 to Thomas and Mary Ann Fox Fries.
She worked in FOIA Administration for The United States Army.
She is survived by her husband Larry Howell, sons Jeremiah (April) Howell, Scott (Yelena) Howell, sister Sheila (Dennis) Morgan, brothers David Fries, Douglas (Cara) Fries, grandchildren James and Luke Howell.
Services will be July 12 at 2 p.m. at Moss Service Funeral Home.
