Funeral services for Mavis Ann Owens, 71, of Cullman will be on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Tommy Graves officiating, with burial in Cullman City Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m.
Mrs. Owens died in her home on Sunday, April 7, 2019. She was born on Sept. 6, 1947 in Cullman to Alfred Tom Dye and Lillis W. Wisener Dye and is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Raymond Wallace Owens.
Survivors include her brother, Charles Emmitt Dye, who has taken care of Mavis over the last five years, and his wife, Betty.
