Herman Edward Ray, 68, of Cullman, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019 at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Ray loved Auburn football and working on the farm.
He is survived by his sons: Johnny Ray and Nathan Ray (Kelsie Jacobs); brothers: Phillip (Brenda) Ray and Danny (Lucinda) Ray; sister, Shirley Bishop and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mr. Herman Edward Ray will be on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019 beginning at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Moss Service Funeral Home. His family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until service time.
In lieu of flowers, the family will be setting up a fund on behalf of Herman's son, Nathan.
