BERLIN – The Berlin Sunshine Club held their annual Easter Egg Hunt for the Berlin community on March 28, 2015. Approximately 130 total parents and children attended. Marilyn Bolte portrayed the Easter Bunny and captured the hearts of everyone present. She eagerly posed for pictures throughout the day. Her antics produced many smiles and happiness for everyone.

Members of the Berlin Sunshine Club met on April 16th, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting was called to order by Becky Cook. Hostesses were Doris Walker and Peggy Hardman. The devotion was given by Jo Schaffer on the Crown of Thorns. All members were presented with a Crown of Thorns lapel pin. The pins were donated by Jo Schaffer and Doris Walker.
The program was “Getting to Know Each Other”. Each member gave brief highlights of their personal history.
The business part of the meeting included discussion on the upcoming annual bazaar.
The next meeting will be June 18, 2015. There was not a regular meeting in the month of May because the members enjoyed a dinner at Stonebridge Farms on Mother’s Day.
