CULLMAN – A Cullman man was arrested this week, charged with electronic solicitation of a child and transmitting obscene material to a child, both Class B felonies.
Dylan Lynd Sudduth, 28, was arrested Monday after a short investigation, according to the Cullman County Sheriff's Office.
A spokesman for the CCSO said Sudduth allegedly used a social media site to solicit an underage child.
"The CCSO would like to thank Cullman County DHR and Brooks' Place for their assistance in this case," said a statement from the sheriff's office.
Sudduth was booked into the Cullman County Detention Center on a $30,000 property bond. He has since been released.
