Proceeds benefit the Pilot Light Home for abused neglected children, Brain Safety & Protection Education, Developmentally Disabled Projects – Project Lifesaver, Field of Miracles, Margaret Jean Jones Center, Alzheimer's Support Group, and Statewide Camps for Special Needs and Traumatic Brain Injury.

Mud Creek Arts & Crafts Festival
Saturday, Oct. 21, 8 a.m.- 3 p.m.
Downtown Hanceville
The eighth annual Mud Creek Arts & Crafts Festival is Saturday, Oct. 21 from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. in downtown Hanceville. Admission if free.
There will be arts and crafts for sale as well as musical entertainment, a walking tour of Hanceville's historic building, riding tours on Hanceville's first fire truck, kids' activities and the annual German lunch at Trinity Lutheran Church at 10:30 a.m.
All proceeds from the festival will benefit Hanceville schools.

Peinhardt Living History Farm, 1711 Talley Ho St., Cullman
For more than 20 years, the Peinhardt family and numerous volunteers have opened the old homestead farm to the public for a day of education, entertainment and general fun for all people and all the senses.
Admission is $7 for ages 13 and up, $5 ages 5-12, and free for children 4 and younger.

Cullman Civic Center
Come see the beautiful original pieces of gourd art. Learn how artists achieve their special techniques with the many FREE demonstrations throughout the weekend. Bring the kids by the FREE kids patch booth where they can decorate their own little gourd and take it home with them. You won't want to miss the exhibition room where each of our gourd artists and growers has entered a juried competition. Shop the arts and crafts show, take a class, and maybe even find a new hobby!
