Funeral Services for Mrs. Tressie Wren McKissack, age 95 of Cullman will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2015 at 2 p.m. in the Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Emeus Cemetery, with Rev. Perry Knight officiating.

Mrs. McKissack was born in Cullman on November 7, 1919 to the late Lewis & Lilly Guthrie Wren. She passed away at Cullman Regional Medical Center on Thursday, January 15, 2015. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Hubert Henry McKissack.
Survivors include 3 – Daughters – Melba Walker, Jeri (Maurice) Persall and Doris Rusk; a Sister – Thella Ruth Smith; Sister-in-Law – Odean Wren; 4 – Grandchildren – Ricky (Heidi) Walker, Rodney (Sandy) Walker, Tiffany Persall & Wesley Persall;3 Great Grandchildren: Courtney and Mallory Walker & Hunter Walker 3 – Step-Great-Grandchildren;
Kristen Walker and Dustie (Eric) Cole & Heath Harbison; 4 – Step – Great-Great-Grandchildren; and a host of Nieces & Nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, January 18, 2015 from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m.
