Mary Jane Irby passed away Saturday, January 3, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Biloxi, MS September 18, 1930 to Seaborn and Loretta Hall. She lived most of her life in Chalmette LA before moving to Cullman in 2005.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Britni L. Champagne and 2 brothers Rudolph ‘Peck’ Hall and Seaborn ‘Buddy’ Hall.
She is survived by her husband Alan Irby, daughter Sherry Irby Burtchaell, a son Jerry Irby, a son-in-law John Calvert, grandchildren James Alan Burtchaell, Jeremy Irby, Joshua Irby, Chris Morrison, 5 great grandchildren, Kaylen Finley, Boston and Bailey Moody, Jeremy Jr. and Jaxson Irby, sister-in-law Evelyn (Joe) Wiseman, neices Pam (Dan) Kilkenny and Karen Davis, and other great nieces nephews and friends.
Her service will be Monday, January 5 at Northside Baptist Church at 4 p.m. with visitation from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. She will be buried with a family graveside service at Laurel Cemetery in Laurel Mississippi.
