CULLMAN – Undercover operations led to the arrest on Wednesday of Stephen Joshua Hughes, 41, of Dodge City for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
Cullman City Police Department Investigators Justin Craft, Scott Sanford and Adam Clark arrested Hughes following two separate undercover operations conducted by Craft and Sgt. Chris Thomason. Hughes allegedly sold the officers marijuana.
His bond was set at $30,000 cash and $30,000 property.
