CULLMAN – The Cullman County Spelling Bee, that was scheduled to take place on Feb. 27, has been moved up to Monday, Feb 13. The event will take place at Temple Baptist Church, 30 County Road 1184 off Highway 157, starting at 7 p.m.
The winners of local competitions at Cullman City and County elementary and middle schools, along with area private schools, will compete to go to the state spelling bee with hopes of advancing to the Scripps National Spelling Bee in National Harbor, Maryland May 28-June 3.
