The Alabama Retired State Employees Association Cullman Chapter held its quarterly meeting Monday, Jan. 23, with 33 members attending. The guest speaker, Kerry Schlenker, benefits advisor with the State Employees' Insurance Board, provided an informative health insurance update including the recent transition to the Blue Advantage Plan. Donna Dunn, chapter president, conducted the business meeting.
