CULLMAN – A Good Hope woman was arrested Friday and charged with trafficking in illegal drugs and unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
Donna Marie Barnhill, 55, was taken into custody without incident by Cullman City Police Department (CPD) Investigators Sgt. Chris Thomason and Capt. Becky Boyd.
According to a media release form the CPD, investigators previously made a controlled buy from Barnhill in Good Hope where Barnhill sold a substantial amount of methadone pills.
Barnhill was taken to the Cullman County Detention Center and booked on a $1 million bond.
Investigators ask anyone who has any information on illegal drug activity to call the CPD at 256-775-7179.
