CULLMAN, Ala. – Cullman High School’s athletic facilities just received an upgrade. The new soccer complex, as well as the new baseball and softball diamonds at Cullman High School are officially open for business.
The project includes the installation of turf on the renovated Cullman High School soccer field, as well as the installation of turf baseball and softball practice spaces.
“I want to thank the board of education for their unwavering support and commitment to improving our facilities and ensuring our students have the best opportunities to succeed,” Superintendent Kyle Kallhoff said. “Your vision has truly made this day possible. To our student athletes – this is for you. You inspire us with your hard work, passion and dedication to your academics and athletics.”
Kallhoff also thanked the CHS administration, coaches, students athletes and parents for their patience and support during the construction process and their commitment to developing and coaching CHS’ student athletes.
“These coaches and student athletes work hard and are putting out a good product,” Cullman City Councilman Brad Smith added at the ribbon cutting ceremony. “Thank you to everyone involved and these students are so proud to have this kind of facility.”
