Funeral Services for Dianna Cooper-Evans, of Hanceville will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, October 29th at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Hopewell Cemetery. The family will welcome friends for visitation from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday at Hanceville Funeral Home.  

Dianna, a loving soul known for her boundless kindness and genuine heart, passed away on October 28, 2024 at the age of 77. She was born on March 29, 1947. Her warmth and selflessness touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She lived by putting others before herself, always caring for friends, family, and strangers alike with dedication that defined her life. Family was at the center of Diana’s world. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her loved ones, creating memories filled with laughter, love, and quiet moments that will forever be cherished. Her warmth and sincerity made every gathering brighter, and her gentle spirit left an indelible mark on all who were fortunate to know her. 

Mrs. Evans will be remembered not only for her kindness but for the genuine way she lived her life. Her legacy of love and compassion is a testament to the beautiful soul she was, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her dearly. 

Survivors include her children, Chris Nix, Kimberly Raley and Ashely Green; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Kay Smith and Ellen Ray Hudson; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Mrs. Evans was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Evans; son, Scotty Lloyd; and brother, Richard Cooper.
