Karey Elizabeth Hughey, age 65 of Bremen passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. She was born Monday, July 13, 1959, to Kenneth Fred McDonald and Gloria “Faye” McDonald.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Hughey; daughters, Leslie (David) Alexander, Kasey (Chris) Simmons, Kellie (Seth) Graves; sons, Jeremy (Mackenzie) Hughey, Corey (Abigail) Hughey; grandchildren, Ayden and Cason Alexander, Lukas and Kora Simmons, Kenady, Kaiden, Kyleigh, Kenlee and Olivia Graves; mother, Faye McDonald; brother, Mike McDonald and sister Dana Bryngelson.
Karey was a loving wife, mother and Nawna. She loved the Lord with all her heart. She spent her time devoted to her family and to Jesus. She was fun loving, never met a stranger and full of spunk! She was loved by many, and she will be missed by many.
The family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice and all of her caregivers.
