CULLMAN, Ala. – Just after 8 p.m. Tuesday, a deceased man was discovered by a couple walking near Lowe’s in south Cullman.
Cullman County Coroner Jeremy Kilpatrick identified the man as Ricky Gene Rouse, 46, of Hanceville.
“He was found deceased in the woods behind Lowe’s on Graham Street,” said Kilpatrick.
Kilpatrick confirmed the man’s family has been notified and no foul play is suspected. He also confirmed that Rouse was homeless at the time of his discovery.
“Cause of death is pending toxicology,” he said.
