Funeral services for Dorothy G. Clayborn, 83, of Hanceville will be 11 a.m. Monday, June 17th at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Garden City Cemetery. Visitation for the public will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 16th at Hanceville Funeral Home. David Partridge will be officiating services.
Mrs. Clayborn was born on August 16, 1940, to the late Dewey and Ermie Steele-Partridge in Winston County, Alabama. She passed away on June 13, 2024, at Cullman Regional Medical Center in Cullman.
Survivors include her daughter, Donna K. Womack; grandchildren, Jamie, Natalie, Randy, Jason, Daniel, Adam, Brandon and Sabrina; brother, Buddy Partridge; sisters, Bobbie, Loyce, Joyce, Helen, Mary Shirley and Margie; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Clayborn was preceded in death by her son, Larry Wilkins; daughter, Pamela Handley; sisters, Martha and Arvelene; and brothers, Earl, Clinnon, Corbin, Cecil, Buddy and Doyle.
