CULLMAN, Ala. — A single-vehicle crash on County Road 813 in the Trimble area at approximately 9:20 a.m. Monday morning claimed the life of a Cullman man. Cullman County Coroner Jeremy Kilpatrick confirmed James Kenneth Neal Sr. (89) of Cullman to be the victim.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency determined that Neal’s vehicle struck a ditch and overturned multiple times. Neal was not using a seat belt at the time of crash, was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
