Funeral Service for Earlene Simmons, age 81 of Cullman, will be at noon on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Seventh Street Baptist Church, with Parker Allen and Rev. Delbert Freeman officiating; burial at Emeus Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Seventh Street Baptist Church.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Simmons passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at her residence. She was born, March 29, 1943, to Stevie Harbison and Vyria Harbison.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Mark Simmons; husband, Hershel Simmons; brother, Jethro Harbison and stepson, David Simmons.
Survivors include her daughters, Janet Smith (Ricky), Judy Allbright; grandchildren, Kassie Smith, Stacie Smith, Justin Smith, Eric (Marcia) Boatright, Lucas (Ariel) Simmons and Hannah Beth (Nick) Smith, Alicia (Adam) Boatright; brother, Larry (Sandra) Harbison; sister, Deborah (Michael) Oldacre; stepsons, Danny (Cathy) Simmons, Dennis (Heather) Simmons; stepdaughter, Sharon (Keith) Lebeau, 11 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many wonderful friends.
